A quick, easy, Fuss-free and delicious smoothie perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert.

This healthy smoothie bowl is bursting with berry antioxidants AND the colour is AMAZING!

INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
1x cup of frozen blackberries
1x Apple - cored & roughly chopped
1x cup of Greek Yoghurt or thick natural Yoghurt
Dash of your favourite milk (optional)
Toppings - optional
Apple slices
1x tbsp chia seeds
Sprinkling of almond flakes
Sprinkling of cacau nibs
Dollop of yoghurt
METHOD
Add the blackberries, apple, yoghurt and dash of milk to a blender or jug and blitz with a hand blender until fully combined and smooth.
Add to your serving bowl and add your desired toppings - Enjoy!
