INGREDIENTS

Serves 1


  • 1x Ripe Mango - peeled & roughly sliced

  • 1x Cup of Frozen Blackberries

  • 1x 1cm Cube of Fresh Ginger - peeled

  • 1x tbsp of Organic Chia Seeds

  • 2x tbsp of Unsweetened Cacau Powder

  • 1x Cup of your favourite Milk

  • Recommended Serving of your Favourite Collagen Powder


METHOD


Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender or large jug and blitz with a hand blender until fully blender & smooth.

Serve & Enjoy!
