Choccy Nut Blueberry & Ginger Smash Smoothie - Anti-inflamatory Smoothie

This is currently our favourite post workout smoothie, and tastes delicious, especially if you enjoy chocolate.

Not only does this smoothie taste delicious, it is also loaded with nutrients, Antioxidants and Anti-inflamatory properties.

We tend to enjoy this smoothie after a workout, and usually incorporate some protein powder and collagen powder. However, this is completely optional.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1x cup of Milk

  • 1/4 cup of Natural Yoghurt

  • 1x heaped tbsp of Nut Butter

  • 1x Banana - peeled & broken into chunks

  • 1x tbsp of Cacau Powder

  • Handful of Frozen Blueberries

  • 1x tbsp of Dessicated Coconut

  • Juice of 1 Lime

  • 1 inch piece of Fresg Ginger - peeled


Optional Ingredients


  • Protein Powder

  • Collagen Powder

  • Small Pinch of Sea Salt


METHOD


Add all of the ingredients to your blender, or if using a stick blender add all the ingredients to a large jug.

Blend until all the ingredients are smooth.

Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy fresh.
