This tasty breakfast is made with just six fuss-free ingredients you probably already have on you. The key ingredient for this recipe is chia seeds, which give this pudding its mouth-watering texture. There are many options for toppings too, but we like to have it with strawberries and flaxseed sprinkled on top. Another great thing about this recipe is that it can be made up several hours or a day in advance too, like regular chia pudding. INGREDIENTS
Approx 2-3 servings
6 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 cups of almond or coconut milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 bananas
1/3 cup of honey (or maple syrup)
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until everything is fully combined.
Then transfer to your serving dishes and pop into the fridge for at least 30 minutes or they can be kept in an airtight container overnight.
Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
