We love adding ginger to our smoothies as it is great for digestion and is a great anti-inflamatory.
We made this as a protein Smoothie Bowl, however the protein is completely optional - tastes good either way.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 2
1x large ripe mango
1 inch piece of peeled fresh Ginger
1 peeled kiwi
1x heaped unsweetened cacaupowder
1x heaped tbsp chia seeds
1 & 1/2 cups of thick Coconut Yoghurt
(Optional) Recommended serving of protein powder
(Optional) Recommended serving of collagen powder
Toppings
1x sliced kiwi
1/4 cup of Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup of Almonds
Drizzling or dollop of your favourite nut butter
METHOD
Add all of your smoothie ingredients to your blender or jug and blitz with a hand blender until fully combined and smooth.
Add to your serving bowls and top with the suggested toppings or toppings of your choice.
Serve and Enjoy!
