Chocolate & Ginger Protein Smoothie Bowl

Sometimes we just need a chocolate fix and this Smoothie Bowl is a great healthier way of getting it.

We love Smoothie bowls. They are so versatile and adaptable to suit your mood and are a great way to get delicious fruits and veggies into you.

Super quick, super delicious and packed full of healthy ingredients.

Love the combination of chocolate & ginger - Delicious!

We love adding ginger to our smoothies as it is great for digestion and is a great anti-inflamatory.

We made this as a protein Smoothie Bowl, however the protein is completely optional - tastes good either way.

INGREDIENTS

Makes 2


  • 1x large ripe mango

  • 1 inch piece of peeled fresh Ginger

  • 1 peeled kiwi

  • 1x heaped unsweetened cacaupowder

  • 1x heaped tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 & 1/2 cups of thick Coconut Yoghurt

  • (Optional) Recommended serving of protein powder

  • (Optional) Recommended serving of collagen powder


Toppings


  • 1x sliced kiwi

  • 1/4 cup of Shredded Coconut

  • 1/4 cup of Almonds

  • Drizzling or dollop of your favourite nut butter


METHOD


Add all of your smoothie ingredients to your blender or jug and blitz with a hand blender until fully combined and smooth.

Add to your serving bowls and top with the suggested toppings or toppings of your choice.

Serve and Enjoy!
