Salsa is a fantastic accompaniment to many recipes but our favourite thing to serve it with is, Tacos.
This homemade salsa is packed full of fresh ingredients and tastes fantastic!
Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze.
Super fresh, super easy and super delicious.

INGREDIENTS
1 & 1/2 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes
1x small red onion - peeled & roughly chopped
2x Handfuls of fresh Coriander
3x tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
Juice of 1 small lime
2x large pinches of Sea Salt
2x large pinches of Black Pepper
2-3 tbsp of Olive Oil
1x tbsp of honey
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you reach your preferred texture. Personally we like a chunky salsa, so we just pulse for a couple of seconds.
Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
