A super easy, gut friendly smoothie, that feels extremely indulgent, yet. Completely guilt-free.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1x cup of Homemade Milk Kefir

  • 1x Organic Banana

  • 1x dessert spoon of Tahini

  • 1x heaped dessert spoon of Organic Raw Cacau Powder

  • 2x Medjool Dates (seeds removed)


Topping *optional


  • 1x tsp of Bee Pollen


METHOD


Simply put everything into your blender (or jug with a stick blender) and whizz-up until everything is fully blended and smooth.

If using a stick blender the Dates are harder to blend.

Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
