INGREDIENTS
serves 2
1x melon of your choice ( doesn't work well with watermelon )
2x cups of your favourite yoghurt
2x tbsp of peanut butter ( we use homemade )
1x cup of sliced strawberries
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of your favourite nuts
2x tbsp of honey / maple syrup
1x tbsp of dessicated coconut
METHOD
Slice your melon in half lengthways and scoop out all of the seeds and discard.
Now fill each half of the melon up with yoghurt.
Layer with all the other toppings and drizzle with honey - Enjoy!
