INGREDIENTS

  • 2x cups of Milk Powder

  • 1 & 1/4 cups of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1x cup of Icing Sugar

  • 1x cup of Golden Granulated Sugar

  • 2x heaped tsp of Corn Flour

  • 4x heaped tsp of Ground Ginger

  • 2x heaped tsp of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1x tsp of Ground Nutmeg

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and thoroughly combine with a spoon.

Once thoroughly mixed you can go ahead and put it into an airtight storage container.

How to make the hot chocolate

Add 4 heaped tbsp to your favourite Christmas mug, and add a dash of boiled water. Stir into a paste, and then top with hot water.

Alternatively, once you've added a dash of hot water and created your paste, you could then top with hot milk.

There is milk powder in the blend, so we find it thoroughly enjoyable making it with just hot water.

Serve as it is, or top with some whipped cream, mini marshmallows and a mini gingerbread man.

Enjoy!
