This is one of our favourite smoothies. It's super thick, super creamy and packed full of goodness.
The flavours take our taste buds straight back to Mexico and that makes us very Happy!
The smoothie is extra thick and creamy and if we're in a rush we'll drink it, if not will turn it into a smoothie bowl with lots of delicious extra toppings.
It's loaded with goodness;
Avocado - Healthy fats, potassium, fibre & folate
Mango - Rich in protective antioxidants, vitamin C & A
Ginger - Aids digestion, anti- inflammatory
Lime - Vitamin C & antioxidants
Coriander - Rich in immune boosting antioxidants, digestion & gut health

INGREDIENTS
Makes 2
1x XL Avocado - cut into large chunks
1x XL Mango - peeled & sliced into chunks
1x Lime - juice only
1 inch piece of ginger (peeled)
Handful of fresh Coriander - leaves & stems
1 & 1/2 Cups of your favourite milk
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients into a blender or a large jug and blitz with a hand blender until everything is fully combined & smooth.
Pour into your favourite glass or because it's extra thick you can add it to a bowl. Either way - Enjoy!
