INGREDIENTS

Makes 3 large servings

  • 2x cups of oats

  • 2x cups of coconut milk (can use regular dairy milk, but the coconut milk gives it an extra boost of coconut flavour )

  • 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1x heaped tbsp of honey or maplesyrup

  • 2x heaped tbsp of dessicated coconut - plus extra for topping (optional )

METHOD

In a large mixing bowl add the oats, dessicated coconut and cocoa powder and mix together well ensuring the oats are fully coated in the cocoa powder.

Now add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

Divide into your serving pots, cover and pop in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve eat as is or we like to top ours with a sprinkling of dessicated coconut, fresh berries and a little sprinkling of granola.

However you decide to serve it - Enjoy!
