Using various tropical flavours from fruits commonly used in Thailand, this flavourful and refreshing drink is healthy, nutritious and so quick and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
1 large serving
1x large mango (skin removed)
1x cup of coconut yoghurt
1x cup of milk
1x tsp of ground coriander
recommended serving of protein powder
recommended serving of collagen powder
METHOD
Start by removing the skin from your mango and cutting into slices.
Add the mango along with all the othwr ingredients to your blender or jug and blitz together until fully combined.
Serve in your favourite glass and on a hot day its great pored over ice - Enjoy!
