Updated: Apr 15

Now this really is a recipe to make your taste buds tingle... It's delicious, easy and super quick to make and is a great way to get some healthy fats into your diet...

Avocados are creamy and delicious and are the star of the show...

Who else loves avocados?

Guacamole is the perfect side addition to many dishes and it just so happens to be vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, paleo and keto - so it's compatible with many diets...

A real crowd pleaser!

After traveling to Mexico I was introduced to all new kinds of guacamole. Each restaurant had it's own variation of how they made it. Some chunky with tomato and red onion, some with mango and some just plain and simple with no chunks and I have to say this was my favourite, especially over the top of a delicious chorizo taco...

Mexico flashbacks! The food was AMAZING!

One of my notable favorites was served in a little restaurant near the Teotihuacan Pyramids, which had a really zesty taste. It was fresh, simple and was AMAZING with my favourite tacos too...

After the fresh tastes of Mexico cuisine, limes are now a staple in our fridge...

Fresh guacamole can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or can be frozen - fantastic for meal-prep.

So without further ado, here is our ZESTY GUACAMOLE recipe - it's sure to give your taste buds a FIESTA!

Happy Cooking!
